Breaking Down My $40,000+ Launch Strategy 💸
The BTS of my most intentional launch yet — strategy, numbers, and everything in between

But in this email, I’m sharing my launch strategy and plan for two reasons:

Not going to lie — I was a bit nervous to share all this before my launch. I considered waiting until everything was wrapped to talk about what worked, what didn’t, and what I’d do differently.
But I know so many of you are launching right now as well, and I genuinely think this is more valuable shared in real time. Plus, “building in public” is something I’m challenging myself to do more of this year — so here we are!
One important caveat before we dive in:
This is the plan as it stands today. Just like I teach my clients, I’m always analyzing what’s working (and what’s not) throughout the launch. So if you see me pivoting mid-way through, it’s not a red flag — it’s me following the data and doing what the business needs.
Also, I’m keeping some of my creative ideas and marketing campaigns under wraps for now… because who doesn’t love a little surprise? 👀
🎯 Let’s Talk Numbers
Because transparency is part of how I’m redefining success — and because I know so many of you are curious about what a sustainable launch can actually look like — let’s break down my launch goals.
I’ve set three tiers of goals to give myself structure, motivation, and room to adapt. Here’s what that looks like:
Minimum Goal: 25 Sustain Your Success Bundles = ~$25,000
This is the baseline — what it would take for me to feel like this was a worthwhile investment of my time and energy. Hitting this means the launch was worth doing.
Target Goal: 40 Bundles = ~$40,000
This is what I’m aiming for — my true goal. If I hit this, I’ll feel confident in the system, the strategy, and how I showed up during the launch.Stretch Goal: 55 Bundles = ~$55,000
This would be amazing. A dream outcome that would show me this ecosystem deeply resonates and that my audience is more than ready to sustain their success.
I’m treating any individual course sales as “gravy” — a sweet bonus, but not something I’m building my strategy around.

Once I’m back from the Middle East in early May, I’ll move on to the Sales, Marketing, and Launch courses.
This allows me to confirm demand before I dedicate even more time and energy. A rookie mistake I used to make? Stressing out and building everything first — then launching it to crickets.
Now, I do it the sustainable (and more strategic) way: lead with marketing, build ~20% upfront, and only create the rest when there’s proven interest.

Phase 2: Early Access in May
After the VIP Early Access rollout in April, we’re taking things above the line in May. This phase is all about turning up the volume — but in a way that’s still intentional, aligned, and rooted in value.
I’ll be talking about Sustain Your Success more publicly across all my channels, including Instagram, my (soon-to-launch!) podcast, and YouTube. I’ll also start teasing some of the juicy concepts and takeaways from the courses to give folks a taste of what’s inside.
And while April was a VIP Early Access launch to my newsletter crew (aka all of you 🤍), May is when we expand the conversation and bring more people into the fold.
You can expect:

This phase is still technically “early access,” but it’s much more public-facing. I’m also watching closely to see what content resonates, where the questions come in, and how people are engaging — so I can keep fine-tuning in real time.

My goal is to create valuable, inspiring, and educational content that actually helps you — whether or not you choose to enroll. Think strategy tips, mindset shifts, behind-the-scenes transparency, and sustainable business insights you can implement right away.
I’m also planning to have fun and get a little creative with this campaign. This won’t be your typical BAU (business-as-usual) launch content — I’ve got a few surprises up my sleeve. That’s all I’ll say for now, because I want to keep things exciting for you... so stay tuned! 👀

As you can probably tell by now, this isn’t a quick flash launch — I’m intentionally giving myself 2.5 months to roll this out thoughtfully and sustainably.
Because it’s the first time I’m launching Sustain Your Success, there’s naturally some education involved. I want to give this offer space to shine, marinate in the market, and allow each course to have its own moment in the spotlight.
Instead of rushing, I’m choosing to build momentum slowly, nurture curiosity, and clearly communicate why this system matters — and how it can truly support conscious founders who want to grow in a way that’s aligned, profitable, and long-lasting.
On the sales side:

➡️ I’m challenging myself to do this launch without any sales calls or webinars
While sales calls and webinars have absolutely worked for me in the past, they also tend to leave me feeling exhausted. And this time, I want to prove to myself (and to you!!) that it’s possible to have a five-figure launch without burning out.
So I’m approaching this differently — no calls, no slides. Just clear messaging, genuine value, and trust in the offer to speak for itself.
That said, if I notice folks are getting stuck or have lots of questions mid-launch, you might see me pop in with a live session or open up limited calls. I’m always open to strategic pivots, but the plan is to keep things simple and sustainable from day one.
I’ll definitely report back on how it goes. This launch is part of a bigger experiment: building and selling in a way that actually feels good. Expect a full post-mortem and debrief once it’s all wrapped up 🫡

Podcast Episode: With all the talk around tariffs lately, I found this New York Times podcast episode — How Trump Wiped Out $10 Trillion in Wealth in 3 Days — incredibly well-done and insightful.
It is behind a paywall, but I signed up for their 6-month “trial” at $1.99/month, and so far it’s been totally worth it. I’ve been learning a lot and staying more informed — highly recommend if you’re keeping an eye on the economy right now!
Paid Program: As someone who spent 6+ years in the sustainable fashion space, it might surprise you to hear that I still didn’t fully feel like I had my personal style nailed. Truthfully, I was so focused on building my business that I didn’t have the time or energy to think about how I was showing up — beyond just being presentable.

Sustainable success can only happen if you take care of yourself. Self-care is not selfish — it’s necessary. Here are some self-care tools to recharge and stay balanced this week... ⬇️
Self-Care Challenge: Embracing more “silent moments”. Last week, I realized I had fallen back into the habit of always needing something playing in the background — whether I was working, walking, cleaning, cooking, or even doing my skincare routine.
I used to be so good at carving out quiet time just to be with my thoughts, but lately… my mind’s felt cluttered. Constant input with no room for integration. So I’m challenging myself (and you, if this resonates!) to start doing more things in silence.
Cook in silence. Wash the dishes in silence. Go for a walk without music or a podcast.
Because if the only time you’re truly alone with your thoughts is right before bed… let’s be honest, falling asleep becomes a whole lot harder 😂
Let’s intentionally carve out quiet moments — not just to “detox” from noise, but to actually reconnect with ourselves.
